Organization
The European Junior Cycling Tour Assen (formerly known as International Jeugdtour Assen) is being organized by Stichting Ondersteuning Wielersport (SOW) Assen. The goal of this foundation is to support cycling in the broadest sense of the word. The foundation also offers support to the organization of the recreative Bike 4-Days.
